Elegant Spinning & Textile Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Elegant Group, a world-class carded spinning mills situated at Ishwardi Export Processing Zone, Pabna, Bangladesh consists of approximate 22 acres of land area having 88,000 square meters of industrial plots.

Established in 2008, Elegant Spinning & Textile Ltd. is a modern yarn producer which manufactures classic, fashion and technical yarns for the knitwear and weaving industries as well as readymade garments, cotton, yarn, silk and other synthetics, wool, hosiery products and rubber goods.

The use of latest technology has strengthened the capability of Elegant in processing yarns of unrivalled handle and comfort. Elegant is capable to produce more than 36 million yards of quality denim with weaving and finishing as well as more than 18 million yards of seasonal twill with weaving and dyeing annually. It also has Yarn dyeing production capacity of 100 metric ton daily. Being a fully vertical operation, the company supplies customers in Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East and Canada and works directly with retailers around the world.
